Adam - Adam is one of the original creators of B.E.S.T. enjoys teaching children about the fun side of science while getting a dose of education as well. As a Junior he plans to attend WSU to major in computer science. Some words of advice from him are not to procrastinate because its worse when you have to do something at the last second. He has learned to become more successful at being a leader and public speaking.

Danny - Working with the younger kids gives Danny the chance to show off one of his favorite subjects as well as letting him play with liquid nitrogen. As a junior he plans to attend WSU and get his degree in computer science. He would like to recruit the under classmen for B.E.S.T. because he does not want the program to become extinct. Danny benefits by getting to meet smart people and learn public speaking skills.
Jenny - For Jenny it's fun for her to go out and talk to kids about science. She likes getting the real experience of science experiments instead of just reading textbooks. This way she can perform the projects with her teammates and the elementary students. "Blowing stuff up is always cool." Jenny plans to attend WSU and study in architecture and eventually work in the Portland area, and hopefully get an internship. Getting to know science teachers and talking to kids is also what she enjoys and benefits from simultaneously. Words of encouragement - "Do what you love."
Brian -
Jenny - Jenny enjoys most of all are the science experiments, because you never can exactly predict what is going to happen. There are surprises all the time. She plans to continue high school and eventually attend an art school, which one is still undecided. She wishes to change views on the students that participate in the science fairs. She wants to help broaden the horizon for young students looking for an interesting career.
Stephanie - Interacting with kids is what Stephanie enjoys most about B.E.S.T.. She also likes being taller than everybody else. She plans to attend a 4 year college, which is yet unknown. She has not yet made up her mind about what to major in but wants to go to college to get a better job. One of her highest goals is to graduate high school. She likes the fact that she is the one teaching and not the one being taught.
