Hudson’s Bay Athletics
Welcome Back, Eagles!
My name is Jessica Thompson, and I am honored and excited to serve as Hudson’s Bay High School’s Athletic Director for the 2026–2027 school year. I am thrilled to be part of the Bay athletic community and look forward to serving our student-athletes, families, coaches, and supporters. It’s going to be a great year!
At Bay, we want every student-athlete to feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Athletics is about more than competition—it’s about building relationships, developing character, and creating lifelong memories.
This year, you’ll hear us talk about “Build Our Bay.” We want to celebrate our athletes, strengthen our programs, and continue building a positive culture where everyone feels they belong. We also encourage our families to get involved by cheering on our teams, volunteering when possible, and supporting our coaches and athletes throughout the year.
Our coaches are committed to helping students succeed both on and off the field. They care deeply about our athletes and work every day to model the BAYWAY while helping students grow as teammates, leaders, and people.
Thank you for being part of Bay Athletics. I can’t wait to see all that our Eagles accomplish this year.
Go Eagles!
