We can help you best if you bring the following documents for you and at least one of your guardians:

• Driver’s License or some ID (School ID, ASB, etc.)
• Social Security or Alien Registration Number
• Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
• Date of birth
• Email
• 2023/2024 Tax Return, W-2’s or other income information (2023/24 Paystubs, yearly income, etc.)
